POWER Solid Green Power ON
No Light No Power
READY Slow Flashing Power ON and passed power-up diagnostics (1 flash/sec)
Moderate Flashing Green Power ON and attempting synchronization (2 flashes/sec)
Steady Green Power ON and synchronized with ADSL line card
Steady Red Hardware power-up in progress
Blinking Red Unit failed power-up diagnostic
Alternating Red/Green Modem Diagnostics failed
No Light No Power
ETHERNET Solid Green Ethernet link established
Flashing Green Transmit or Receive Activity
No Light No link established
USB Solid Green USB link established
Flashing Green Transmit or Receive Activity
No Light No USB link established

Activity ON Modem has a successful Ethernet connection.
BLINKING Data is being sent or received.
OFF Modem is not ready or malfunctioned.

Modem power off.

Red

The modem is unable to connect to Westco Online. Check the System Status to determine if you can resolve the issue.

Yellow

The modem is attempting to connect to Westco Online.

Green

The modem power is on. Look at the other lights to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Off

Modem power off. Either turn it on and try to re-connect or follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection issue.

Red

This indicates a communication failure. Check the System Status.

Green (blinking)

This indicates a communication problem. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection issue.

Green (solid)

Modem is ready to communicate. Try some other troubleshooting steps if you are unable to connect.

Off

Either turn it on and try to re-connect or follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection issue.

Red

This indicates a configuration failure. Check your DSL software configuration or your LAN settings.

Yellow

This indicates a communication problem. Troubleshoot the connection.

Blinking green/yellow

The modem is attempting to connect to Westco Online.

Blinking green

The modem is attempting to connect to Westco Online.

Green

The modem and Westco Online are connected and the data is transmitting at a normal rate.

Off

An Ethernet link was not detected. Verify your NIC connection.

Red

This indicates a communication failure.

Blinking green

Ethernet traffic flow is normal.

Green

Ethernet ready.
